What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and shaping a domain‑led BI roadmap aligned to business strategy and regulatory needs
- Acting as the senior BI partner for key business areas, translating objectives into practical analytics solutions
- Prioritising and governing reporting and data initiatives based on impact, risk, and value
- Leading and mentoring analysts, visualisation specialists, and data platform resources
- Working closely with engineering leaders on architecture, pipelines, and scalable reporting solutions
- Driving innovation in reporting, dashboards, and self‑service analytics
