About the role...
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Technical Consultant – Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless platform operations, strong customer outcomes, and high system reliability.
You will play a critical role in managing automated batch processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across Support, Dev Ops, Product, and Customer teams to deliver a stable and scalable solution environment.
What you will do in this role:
Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs
Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform
Work closely with Dev Ops and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
