Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to and manage a queue of internal and client project requests that involve report design, overlapping deadlines, and shifting project scopes. Ensure all requests assigned to you are delivered on-time and accurately.
• Drive efficient execution in supporting/enabling key deliverables to our clients including monthly PowerPoints for Sams Club Merchandising VPs and customized weekly reporting for merchants.
• Help own MADRID user ticket resolution for the most challenging tickets that may need cross‑functional expertise to assess and resolve.
• Contribute to overall team project fulfillment - being willing to step in to fill business need.
