Bob Zorich owns three separate organizations — Alma Rosa, Flockhill, and a Family Office — and is looking to centralize and streamline their data infrastructure. The immediate need is for a technical resource who can clean and organize existing data, build a dedicated data lake for each organization, and develop an executive dashboard that provides a clear, at-a-glance view of performance across all businesses.

Long term, the vision is to layer in agentic AI capabilities, enabling Bob to quickly query and interpret business data in real time. Once the foundational data lakes and dashboards are in place, the plan is to bring on an AI Developer to build this functionality using Claude.
