My client is a fast‑growing, product‑led SaaS company operating at scale in the hospitality technology space. They work with large volumes of data and modern cloud infrastructure to solve commercially meaningful problems for customers worldwide.
They are now building a new Market Data function and are looking for a hands‑on Data Engineering Team Lead to help shape and lead this capability from the ground up.
This is a hands‑on leadership role combining people management and technical ownership. You'll lead a small team of data and backend engineers while remaining close to the code, helping to design scalable data acquisition and transformation systems.
You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define the roadmap, establish best practices, and turn previously ad‑hoc data initiatives into robust, production‑grade systems.
