Profile: Data Entry Executive-Textile-Surat-2.4 LPA

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office, or Administrative roles
• Experience in textile trading or fabric industry will be preferred

Salary Range:

Roles:

• Share invoices with customers and maintain records
• Follow up with leads and customers regarding inquiries and orders
• Enter sales orders, dispatch details, and customer information into the system
• Maintain accurate data records and documentation
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and update daily reports and MIS
• Handle basic administrative and back-office activities

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
