Hiring: Data Modeler / HRMS Data Architect

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / HRMS Data Architect to join a large-scale HRMS transformation and migration program.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS/HCM data architecture, data migration, data mapping, and enterprise data modeling with experience working across HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, People Soft, Success Factors, or similar HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for HRMS applications.

• Define schemas, primary/foreign keys, constraints, indexing, and partitioning strategies.

• Lead HRMS data migration, conversion, and integration initiatives.
