About the team
The goal of the data team is to use data to help the Trust & Safety team make many good decisions. As a Data Scientist on our team, you are instrumental in ensuring we use data analysis to keep our users and community safe. You will work closely with product managers, program managers, engineers, and policy managers on measuring risks, and detecting and preventing negative experiences on our product. You will help scope out projects, ideate on new strategies, and most importantly, use data to find insights, diagnose problems and tell compelling stories. Responsibilities
