Summary:
Data Specialist I is responsible for identifying labor management issues and providing resolution recommendations in support of the Nursing departments.
Responsibilities:
Assist with improvements and auditsIdentify and communicate labor management issues through daily researchCollaborate and maintain open communication with all departments to ensure effective and efficient workflow to facilitate completion of tasks/goalsAssist with maintaining departmental goals and objectivesAssist in the development of action plans to address departmental deficienciesMonitor and track best practicesIdentify prevalent trends through data reporting and analysisPerform other related duties and special projects as requested Requirements:
