Reporting to the Manager, Communications & Stewardship, this position employs best practices to support the integrity and quality of Fund Development processes. The Database & Stewardship Coordinator engages high standards of communication in relation to stewardship of donors, and will support the Fund Development Team with customized reports and analysis for data driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Database Management
- Responsible for data entry of donations and processing all payment methods
- Manage data quality that involves data cleansing processes
- Ensure new and monthly donors are stewarded with attention to relationship building
- Create and provide timely thank you letters and receipts
- Ensure batches and tax receipts are coordinated diligently and accurately
