Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 28 Days On / 28 Days Off Rotation, Senior Position (Not entitled to overtime)

The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of offshore drilling, completion, and workover operations. The role provides on-site leadership for all well operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, drilling programs, and operational objectives while coordinating logistics, contractors, and service providers.
