We have an opening for a Day Habilitation Lead . This team member will contribute to a great life for individuals by supporting their health and skill development and retention. In addition, the role will provide or assist with care, delivery of services, and community integration of Day Hab participants. Pay for this role is $19/hr.

+ Care Delivery: Leads group and individual activities to build community integration, independence, and social skills; implements Individual Care Plans; administers medications and treatments per policy; ensures dignity, privacy, and positive behavior support.
