Snack & Refreshment program

• Together with the GSA responsible for employee snack and refreshments program
• Prepare food for consumption washing and cutting fruits and vegetables as necessary in accordance with local food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Present and refill stock of food and refreshments throughout the day
• Ensure fridge is clean check all open packs for hygiene re-arrange products according to the expire dates
• Arrange storages and keep all storage cleaned and tidy
• Check the functionality of kitchen equipment regularly and report any problem to Office & Facility Lead
• Stock up glasses and cups on the shelves
• Define maintain and manage stock of food and beverages for daily operation
• Ensure stock is ordered (prepare order list) in collaboration with GSA
• Receive delivery of refreshments
• Show responsible use of resources
