Job Description
**Overview**
+ Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust surfaces and clean windows.
+ Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
+ Set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings, events, or special functions as needed.
+ Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility.
+ Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting leaks, or other facility issues to management.
+ Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary.
+ Support team members and other departments with facility-related needs
