**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
+ Coordinate work assignments and provide on-the-floor guidance to team members
+ Monitor equipment, materials, and workflows to maintain productivity targets
+ Promote a strong safety culture and support compliance with operational standards
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
