Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of DBAs in the team resourcing and work plans, technical mentoring & support.
- Drive the standardization of database maintenance activities in terms of process, procedures, automation for all clients to drive efficient operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain database instances for different varieties of database when required.
- Monitor database performance, analyze resource utilization, and optimize SQL queries.
- Design and implement high availability solutions such as Log Shipping, Mirroring, Replication, Clustering, and Always On Availability Groups.
- Perform database backups, restores, and support disaster recovery processes.
- Apply security patches and updates to ensure security compliance.
