Back of House (BOH) 1 Position (DCDP)
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in Continental and Global cuisines, with hands-on exposure across grill, fryer, oven, cold kitchen, and Italian/Pizza operations.
The ideal candidate should be excited to work within and further develop the nuances of 100% vegetarian cuisine. Beyond day-to-day kitchen operations, we are looking for someone who can contribute to product development, location-level management, process improvement, and gradually evolve into a broader leadership role within the organization.
The candidate must be highly particular about food quality, inventory control, costing systems, discipline, SOP implementation, and team building, with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a kitchen team while maintaining company standards.
