Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in Management, Business, or a related field advantageous
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- 510 years' experience in a senior management role within the trucking, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry
- Proven experience managing sales, aftersales, workshop, and branch operations
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and profitability oversight skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve operational performance
