- Shall report to the Vice-Chancellor of the University
- Provide strategic direction, academic planning leadership and administrative oversight to achieve the highest standards in the school of Management and research of the University.
- Manage, supervise and coordinate the programs and activities of the school
- Recruit, train and coordinate amongst the faculty full-time, part-time and adjunct to achieve the departmental goals as set by the University.
