  • Communicate and provide payers with needed documentation to obtain approved authorizations for medical cases.
  • Check department mail and messages and respond accordingly.
  • Manage and filter vendors as they come to visit staff and/or patients.
  • Coordinates referrals/triggers/orders to the department to ensure delivery of services is provided in a timely manner.
  • Preforms clerical and administrative tasks within the CM department; as well as assisting with maintenance of the department shared drive downtime forms and templates by keeping them up to date and available.
  • Notify director manager of any peer-to-peer cases.
  • Required Education and Experience

    High School diploma or equivalent
