Main requirements

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in IT project management and delivering complex projects in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong background in managing IT teams with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams and fostering their performance, motivation, and engagement.
• Expertise in people management, including conducting 1‑on‑1s, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
• A hands‑on approach—someone who can delegate effectively but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into tasks when needed.
