Delivery Manager – Transformation & Digital

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Delivery Manager to join our Transformation & Digital team at Whānau Āwhina Plunket. This full‑time fixed‑term opportunity is key to driving the successful delivery of digital and improvement initiatives that support tamariki, whānau, and kaimahi across Aotearoa.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across digital and improvement initiatives from intake through to release and adoption
• Coordinate work across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Support delivery planning, prioritisation, governance, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
