Product & Delivery Leadership - Own the product roadmap and backlog together with client stakeholders
- Translate needs into actionable user stories and manage delivery priorities
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (or other agile/hybrid cadences)
- Monitor delivery health through metrics (velocity, quality, budget, engagement)
- Navigate ambiguity, scope changes, and technical complexity with clarity
