About The Role
This role exists to ensure teams deliver products and services that create meaningful outcomes for clients and their customers. As a Delivery Manager, you are accountable for shaping and leading high‑performing delivery teams, embedding yourself day to day within engagements and acting as a trusted partner to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of client engagements by aligning business problems and desired outcomes with the technical and delivery approaches needed to realise them.
- Build, shape, and support effective multidisciplinary teams, using an understanding of team dynamics and motivation to create the conditions for successful delivery.
