Role Requirements
✔ 16–25 years of experience in HR Shared Services / HR Operations delivery
✔ Strong expertise in Core HR, Case Management, HRIS & Talent Acquisition Operations
✔ Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Zendesk or similar platforms
✔ Good understanding of GenAI & Agentic AI frameworks with HR transformation exposure
✔ Strong experience in SLA/KPI governance, operational stability, and service delivery management
✔ Proven expertise in automation, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Experience managing large distributed teams and global delivery models
✔ Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills
✔ Experience in transition, stabilization, and service migration programs
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and workforce planning capabilities
✔ PMP / HR certifications / Workday certification preferred
