Technical Skills:
Hand on experience in enterprise content management on

documaker, Docucorp, Actuate, Transall or any other Printing Tool for around 10+ years
CCM tools like

Quadient Inspire, OpenText Extreme.
Strong Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
Having good experience on pearl script.
Preferred to have experience in Annuities domain
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related
Guide the Team and lead the team from the front
Proactive steps for issue avoidance
Front end with the customer
