Job Description
What you'll do:
+ Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
+ Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, Business sponsors, and team members. Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiative
+ Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards, to provide oversight and guidance
+ Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
+ Identify and assess program risks
+ Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones
+ Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
+ Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
+ Training and guidance (Establish guidelines) to the team members across squads to establish consistency
