This role leads the regional Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy for Brown-Forman Korea. Serving as the primary liaison between commercial teams, customers, and Supply Planning, you will transform commercial goals into actionable supply plans through advanced analytics. We are seeking a detail-oriented lead with the analytical prowess to solve complex logistical challenges and the communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.

**1. Demand Forecasting & IBP Leadership**

+ **Facilitate the Monthly IBP Cycle:** Lead consensus forecast meetings with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align on a single demand signal.
