• Oversee daily preparation and presentation of cold kitchen items including salads, appetizers and other chilled dishes ensuring top-notch quality and consistency.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in designing creative and visually appealing cold menu items adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards ensuring the cold kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Support and mentor junior team members guiding them to develop their skills and maintain high standards.
• Monitor stock levels for cold kitchen ingredients and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.
