Demi Chef de Partie, Culinary – 40 hours, 5 days per week
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team.
About The Role
- Understand the function of each electric equipment and know how to apply on each occasion.
- Using the right tools and applying correct method to each specific task.
- Adhere to MOHG food safety policy and apply the company food safety program at all times.
- Be fully aware of the designated section menu, recipes, method of production and presentation standards.
- Prepare the necessary food items in accordance with standards in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that there is no interruption to guests’ service.
- Execute all food items with standard recipe and plating guide as devised by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
