Job Summary Join us as a Demi Chef de Partie to collaborate with chefs in delivering exceptional dishes that showcase our restaurant’s unique identity and culinary creativity.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Chef de Partie to execute daily kitchen operations and prepare food efficiently
- Manage your assigned station during service to ensure smooth workflow and timely dish delivery
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation to meet restaurant standards
- Implement proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness and reduce waste
- Enforce kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe work environment
