Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Report to the Section Chef and other senior positions.
  • Ensure that every job given is executed up to the standard.
  • Follow up the hygiene procedure and standard given by superior.
  • Maintain high standard of hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  • Preparing the ingredients for senior chef.
  • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
  • Responsible for making sure the food is prepared as per specifications received by senior chef.
  • Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
  • Minimise food wastage.
  • To constantly upgrade culinary skills through training and/or self-study.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
  • Comply at all times with the Staff Code of Conduct.
