Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Dental Technician
• Must have completed a Dental Technology course
• TESDA graduates are welcome
• Experience working in a dental laboratory
• Familiar with denture fabrication
• Knowledge in operating dental laboratory machines
• CAD/CAM experience is not required

Job Description:

• Handle technical calls/tickets/cases from clients
• Provide support similar to a CSR function
• Assist customers in resolving dental laboratory–related cases
• Coordinate with other regions or counterparts when necessary
