Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school (required)
• Active, unrestricted state dental license (required)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in community health, FQHC, multi-site practice, or group practice preferred
• DEA registration (if applicable)

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and accreditation standards
• Experience with budget management and operational oversight
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
