We are seeking aDepartment Administrative Assistantto join our growing Phoenix office and provide support for other Dorsey offices. In this role, you will:
- Input, track, and receive tasks using legal services workflow system.
- Assist with entering attorneys’ time, ensure accuracy by proofreading, using spellcheck and appropriate task codes to comply with firm policies.
- Organize electronic documents in Outlook, document management system, and shared network drives.
- Organize physical files and other hard copy materials.
- Scan, fax, and photocopy documents.
