Your tasks:
► As department assistant provide the assistance to Group Leaders and Associates.
► Support new associates introduction with explanation of regulations and processes.
► Provide personnel assistance for the department leader: e.g. Travel organization, keeping calendar up to date in Outlook. Information exchange in Regular Meetings with department head.
► Ensure good collaboration with local or German partner departments on assistance level.
► Regular update of departments organization charts.
► Office supply orderings.
► Work experience in a multicultural work environment
► Relevant experience, well structured thinking
► Hungarian knowledge is a must
► Fluent English knowledge both in written and oral form. Additional languages spoken in the region are a plus
► High level knowledge of Microsoft Office
