What You’ll Lead

Prefer running the back of house and keeping everything in order? We’re hiring a Department Manager with a focus on inventory, ordering, and product control in Blackstone, VA (about an hour from Richmond).

+ Manage inventory, truck orders, and product levels

+ Keep the restaurant stocked, organized, and on plan

+ Track usage, reduce waste, and maintain accurate counts

+ Support food safety and back-of-house standards

Pay

+ Starting at $18/hr plus for experienced McDonald's candidates with open availability

+ Flexible scheduling; weekends/closing availability strongly preferred
