Job Description

A reputable Financial Institution seeks to hire young persons who are passionate about sales to work as Deposit Officers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collects deposits from the field on behalf of the institution.

Market susu and other products of the Institution to the public or prospective customers

Collect susu loans repayments from clients

Records daily contribution in the Daily Collection Sheets as well as Clients Pass Book

Make daily payment of the money collected from the field

Check daily collection to ensure that all transactions have been well entered

Generate new savings accounts for the branch in accordance with branch targets

Encourage clients to build-up savings balances in accordance with branch targets
Requirements
Diploma

Two (2) years relevant work experience in micro finance/banking environment

Must be customer focused
