We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Depot Manager to oversee our ISO Tank Depot operations. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for the depot's operational throughput, technical repair quality, and full P&L accountability.

The ideal candidate will bridge heavy industrial execution with sharp business acumen—leading a dedicated team of tank cleaners and repair technicians while maintaining top-tier safety standards and commercial profitability.

Direct and optimize daily depot workflows, including gate operations (In-Gate/Out-Gate), yard logistics, lifting, and container stacking.

Maximize depot throughput and minimize Tank Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring units move swiftly from empty arrival to ready-for-hire status.

Optimize yard layout and storage strategies for safe segregation of chemical residues and high-turnover units.
