CTG is seeking to fill a Depot Technician I position for our client.

**Location:** Durham, NC
**Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension

**Duties:**

+ Diagnose and perform bench-level repairs on point-of-sale (POS) computer equipment and related hardware from multiple manufacturers
+ Repair devices such as printers, displays, system units, and associated components
+ Utilize diagnostic tools, mechanical testing, and visual inspection to identify defects and required repairs
+ Replace parts, clean equipment (internal and external), and ensure proper restoration of devices
+ Accurately document repair activity, parts usage, and status updates using host-based systems
+ Perform pick/pack/ship functions to fulfill customer parts orders as needed
+ Maintain accurate inventory and assist with restocking of materials and supplies
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
