What the role is: You provide overall leadership for the Professional Military Education (PME) of mid-level officers, preparing them for higher command and staff appointments in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and the Army. You assume the role of Course Director for the programming and execution of Command and Staff Courses (CSC) and contribute to the college's evolution through academic partnerships and domain research.
What you will be working on: - Lead the design and scheduling of course curriculum according to PME standards, military doctrine and national policies, and prevailing security and geopolitical landscape
