Industry Experience: 8+ years of senior management experience in the integrated home renovation/furnishing industry, including at least 2 years of management experience in the Southeast Asian market. Familiarity with BCA policies and RCEP supply chain regulations.
Strategic Tools: Proficient in SWOT analysis and Balanced Scorecard; able to use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to oversee business operations in Singapore.
