Job Title: Deputy Manager HR

Location: Sanand , Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR functions in a factory setup as an HR Generalist
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Drive Performance Management System (PMS) processes
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Manage and maintain HR systems/software
• Lead HR development (HRD) initiatives and organizational programs

Desire Candidate :

• Any graduate / PG Diploma with 10 + years of experience in HR , IR, Admin activities .

• Person should have worked in manufacturing set up.
