Experience Required: 5-8 year
Identification and finalization of suitablelandparcels as per company requirements through aggregators, brokers, or directly fromlandowners.
Conductlandsurveying, measurement, and demarcation.
Negotiate withlandowners for purchase or lease agreements(If Required)
Execution of sale/lease deeds and registration at the Sub-Registrar Office.
Mutation oflandand recording company name on 7/12 extracts.
Carry out title search and verification from Talathi, Tehsil, online Portal, and Registration Offices.
Obtain NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion and other necessary permits/approvals.
Liaison with government/revenue offices – Talathi, Tehsil, SDO, Town Planning, DILR, Collector, etc.
Coordinate with stakeholders, farmers, and agents at the primary level.
