Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
Supporting the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities including Sefton County Council.Assist in the responsibility of staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staffEmbedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch.
