1. FMCG NPD & Domestic Sales Procurement
Procurement of 3P materials and packaging for new snack launches.
Ordering domestic sales promotional materials (POS, collaterals).
Aligning 3P ordering with sales planning and warehouse stock availability.
Procurement of sales & marketing service orders (events, campaigns).
2. New Projects & Capex Procurement
Procurement of machinery, technology, and equipment for plant expansion and automation.
Capex budgeting, vendor evaluation, ROI/payback tracking, and compliance documentation.
Ensuring timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of project equipment.
3. Vendor Evaluation & Strategic Negotiation
Techno‑commercial alignment of suppliers for 3P materials, packaging, services, and projects.
Strategic negotiations balancing cost, quality, and long‑term partnerships.
