Job Profile - Overview Should be a results-driven and focused professional who would not only be expected to achieve and preferably exceed his own pre-determined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) but should simultaneously set, monitor and appraise the subordinates’ KPIs to sync with the Department’s cumulative performance parameters. Assisting the HOD in building a well-knit Team, periodic appraising of performances of the Team, well-before-emergency-alerts for shortfalls and to be an effective bridge between the Internal-&-External Customers and the HOD shall form the key attributes for this Role.
