The Mission

The Deputy Manager supports SUTD's homeland security partnerships by keeping working-level relationships, project follow-through, and contracting workflows moving well. The role is designed for a hands-on operator who can be the day-to-day point of contact for HTX and other Home Team agencies, translate partner needs into actionable internal workstreams, and escalate strategic or high-risk matters at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Homeland security account suppor t: Act as the day-to-day POC for HTX and selected Home Team agencies, and adjacent homeland security stakeholders where assigned.
• Portfolio and opportunity managemen t: Track assigned HTX / homeland security projects, funding calls, agency requests, internal owners, next actions, milestones, and blockers.
