To manage business compliance with the relevant regulations and to manage the operational requirements as described in the relevant business procedures, in accordance with the Pharmacy Act 53 of 1974 and the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965. To manage, control and maintain the RSA’s certified Quality Management Systems in order to meet continual improvement of the established Quality Management System. The Deputy Responsible Pharmacist will assume the responsibilities of the Responsible Pharmacist – Imperial Health Sciences Centurion, in their absence.

Key Performance Areas

• Responsibility in terms of Relevant Acts.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum tertiary qualification (Pharm, B.Sc. Pharm).
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council.
