Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity for a permanent Deputy Charge Nurse/Sister within the Trauma Orthopaedics Ward D4 .

D4 ward is a 32/33 bed Trauma Orthopaedic ward. We predominately care for patients with Neck of Femur injuries. We have a strong focus on multidisciplinary team working, which helps to ensures a complete approach to patient centered care. We are looking for applicants who have a passion to embrace new and innovative ways of managing change and believe that the patient experience is central to care delivered.
